Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
1. The customer shall be deemed to have accepted the company’s terms and conditions upon receipt of the customer’s full remittance in respect of any order placed.
2. The customer should not send any photographic prints, slides or negatives or any original artwork or any other valuable items through the post or by carrier to the company. The company will only accept files on CDs or DVDs or files emailed or uploaded to this website. Any items sent by the customer by post or by use of a carrier are non-returnable and the company can not be held liable for any loss or damage to items sent by the customer or any consequential loss whatsoever.
3. The customer agrees to allow the company to archive image files for the purpose of re-ordering only. The company shall not use the customer’s files for any other purpose without the permission of the customer.
4. The customer warrants that they own the copyright or license in any image or photograph submitted or the written permission of the copyright owner to use the image or photograph. The customer agrees to indemnify the company against any and all claims damages or losses arising from breach of copyright in respect of any images submitted uploaded or sent by the customer in any form whatsoever.
5. The company will not accept any files, images or photographs it considers to be offensive, obscene or unacceptable for any reason. The company reserves the right to delete destroy or remove from the company’s website any such unacceptable file, image or photograph.
6. The proofing process is intended to give a reasonable representation of the final image for composition and content purposes only. Whilst the company shall endeavour to provide quality in all aspects of reproduction the company does not guarantee exact recreation of the colours or colour balance of images submitted by the customer.
7. Materials and specifications may be subject to change without notice.
8. Prices are as stated on website at time of ordering.
Delivery
9. Goods will normally be delivered by road carrier within ten working days following receipt of the customers full payment .
10. The customer agrees to CHECK any goods delivered by the company or its agents before signing for it. The company does not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. (Please do not sign for your goods until you have checked them properly and are satisfied that they are in perfect condition). The company will not be held liable for any loss or damage to goods during transport beyond the value of the invoice and any amount you have paid to the company. The company will not accept any liability for any consequential loss whatsoever.
Cancellations
11. Orders may be cancelled at any time providing the customer pays to the company any costs incurred by the company up to the point of cancellation.
